Kimberly Kok

Kimberly’s practise focuses on family law and civil litigation, where she combines strong analytical skills with a client-focused, solutions-oriented approach. She has extensive mediation training through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta and regularly uses tailored negotiation strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and cost-effectively.

In her family law practise, Kimberly assists clients with parenting and mobility matters, child and spousal support, and property division. She has experience managing high-conflict situations, preparing detailed evidentiary records, and supporting clients through sensitive decisions.

Her civil litigation practise includes contract disputes, debt claims, construction-related matters, and general commercial litigation. She regularly appears before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and is experienced in drafting pleadings, managing disclosure, and developing effective litigation strategies.
