Joshua has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of commercial matters, including banking and lending transactions, debt financings, subordination and inter-creditor arrangements, restructurings, and forbearances. He regularly acts for a variety of lenders and borrowers in both domestic and national financial services transactions.

His corporate/commercial practise includes advising on the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions, corporate governance, and reorganizations across multiple industries.

Joshua also maintains a broad commercial real estate practice, representing clients in acquisitions, divestitures, financing, leasing, development projects, and joint ventures.

In addition, he provides governance and legal support to boards of not-for-profit organizations and societies.
