Scott’s practice encompasses a broad variety of civil and commercial disputes including in the areas of commercial law and contracts, employment, oil and gas, wills and estates, debt enforcement and foreclosures, and shareholder disputes. On behalf of his clients, Scott has regularly appeared before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, as well as assisted on matters in the Alberta Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal of Alberta.

Scott built his experience as a student and as an associate at one of Canada’s national firms before joining Caron & Partners LLP, exposing him to many areas of the law such as securities, special financing, mergers and acquisitions, Indigenous and Aboriginal law, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) advising. Scott aims to use and build on this experience to help achieve the best possible outcomes for each of his clients.
