Kimberly practices primarily in family law and litigation. She makes regular appearances before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta in a variety of family and civil contexts. Kimberly has extensive mediation training through the Alberta Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta and has experience with using tailored negotiation techniques to maximize the prospects for a mutually agreeable resolution prior to, and during, the litigation process.
