Jarold Switzer

Jarold’s practise focuses on real estate, corporate, commercial, estate planning, and estate administration law. He regularly advises on the incorporation, extra-provincial registration, and reorganization of corporations at both the federal and provincial levels. He acts as counsel in the purchase and sale of businesses, including asset and share transactions, as well as joint ventures, partnerships, and landlord and tenant matters.

Jarold has extensive experience in all types of real estate transactions, including development projects and project or construction mortgage financing. His clients include lenders, developers, small businesses, and home builders.

His practice also includes intellectual property matters, and he is a registered trademark agent. In addition, he has experience in civil litigation related to real estate, foreclosures, and landlord and tenant disputes.
