Scott practises in the firm’s litigation group, focusing on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including contractual disputes, fraud, negligence, and wrongful dismissal claims.

Prior to joining Caron & Partners LLP, he worked at a multi-provincial firm where he gained experience across several areas of law, including securities, special financing, mergers and acquisitions, Aboriginal law, and ESG advisory work.

Scott has worked on matters before all levels of court in Alberta and regularly appears before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.
