Arthur is experienced in a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, family and matrimonial law, and professional disciplinary proceedings. He has advised and represented professionals in matters before regulatory bodies such as the Law Society of Alberta, the Certified General Accountants Association, and the College & Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta. Arthur also provides counsel to owner-operated enterprises and individuals in commercial and real estate development and financing matters.

Arthur has conducted numerous jury and judge-alone trials, as well as appeals, and has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta. He is fluent in German and provides legal services to German-speaking clients both in Canada and internationally.
