Richard J. Gilborn, K.C.

Richard’s practice focuses in the area of general commercial litigation with an emphasis on commercial contract disputes, insolvency, employment law, and torts.  Rick practises insurance law, professional negligence defense work, personal injury litigation, and is experienced in commercial arbitrations.

Rick has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta, including the Court of Queen’s Bench, the Court of Appeal in the Province of Saskatchewan, the Federal Court Trial Division, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
